Fresh, colour pop makeup featuring dewy skin & beautiful highlights

Check out this playful colour pop look I created on Emma that also features a delicious dewy skin with some new product mixes I layered. Add a dash of glowy sunlight for full effect and viola!

The desire to create this look came from wanting to use makeup in a way that is simplistic yet impactful and beautiful. That meant creating a gorgeous dewy skin texture that allowed light to bounce off the skin whilst the colour pop on the lips does all the talking. To get a beautiful balance to the look, I kept the eye simplistic and soft using a light, luscious spray of individual lashes to frame.

On close inspection, you’d see a delicate, neutral sparkle on the eyelid that picks up the light and adds another element of interest without creating distraction. To do so, I used a liquid highlight pressed onto the eyelid over the eyeshadow base that allowed me to layer on this added dimension.
